Middle/upper management toxic leadership practices, hr creates personal vendettas, only way to advance is to falsify reports and betray your team. If the workers are happy and feel safe management and hr wont like you. They will push you out of the door if you do not match their same approach. They allow managers to have inapropriate relationships with subordinates and gives them hiring power to promote them.
