      The only good thing about GardaWorld was the money when I first started in the summer.

      Super long hours (15-17 hour shifts), working conditions, management plays favorites

      Pros

      The clients are amazing and care about their contractors.

      Cons

      The company, in my opinion, definitely has favorites. Anyone can walk in and apply and get a job, I do not believe they interview properly. They just need a body to fill a position. They do not take complaints or concerns seriously.
