Great training, great updated training when you come back, great pay, awesome people to work with.

They only con is that the work is seasonal.

Easy to fly under the radar here.

Gardens Alive bought out the company I work for, and took away 2/3 of my vacation time when they did. They're also awful at communicating. The founder told a weird, inappropriate, and tone deaf story when he came on site and was tickled pink when he prefaced it with "HR HATES when I tell this story!".... Then he shared photos of his grandkids with us after. Not a great way to earn loyalty and trust.
