Pros

A lot of freedom to do what you want and manage projects without micro-managers looking over your shoulders all day long. Lots of different technologies and manufacturing methods to learn about.

Cons

Products that are decades old are build with processes and technologies that are decades old in a facility that is decades old. While there is a breadth of stuff to learn, dont expect much of today's advanced technology -- even in the newer buildings on their "renovated" campus. The vision of the organization is a moving target and priorities change frequently. Breakdown are an hourly occurrence and could be a single machine or an entire plant outage.

Pros

Very Team based with welcoming opportunities within the company.

Cons

Growth is promoted, but pay does not reflect the promotions. With the company based in Palmyra NY, they tend to go based on the cost of living there rather than other locations (mine being Houston, TX). The promotion was more work with not enough increase in pay.

Pros

Good benefits - medical, dental, 401k match, potential bonuses, hybrid work schedule

Cons

Lots of tenured people are leaving for other employment, employee satisfaction is at an all time low. Management never fills positions as people leave, instead work is spread out with no compensation for those people until there is too much work to stay afloat. There is hardly any accountability for work being done, with corners being taken. Decisions of management do NOT support long term growth or even sustainability. Departments are getting shut down to "save money" but it is only short term and no forward thinking. The general consensus is that the place is kind of a joke, and will not make it long term.
