Cons
- The office has very high turnover and position titles are always changing - People are rewarded for always agreeing and not bringing up independent ideas - Several Executives are in roles that don't match their expertise/background (i.e. Some who direct Merchandising and Operations are not experienced in those fields and typically damage those departments more than they help) - There is a lack of direction, sometimes there is focus on domestic, then it shifts quickly to abroad, then form Garrett to Frango. There is little balance - A lot of verbal promises are made from HR and Management, but then later retracted (i.e. Projects, Individual Responsibilities, Promotions) - It is a top heavy company with many people fighting to keep in good grace with the Owner so people blame each other a lot and there is little chance to build efficiency and organization
