Pros
- I did enjoy working with the CTO. He spends time to nurture you. - Learnt to read manpower laws to protect myself. - Have freedom to make decisions. But honestly, too much. CTO should do that, really. We are fresh grads.
Cons
- But the truth is that the drone industry is doing very badly. - Owes me some money for more than a year, and refuse to reply me. - There is no focus, or real product. POC / Demo all the way. - Poor management/ lack of mentorship and guidance - After work, its either work or you track salary on excel
