Pros
Decent benefits and great culture. Paid overtime (straight hourly rate). Autonomy culture for how work gets done.
Good loyalty for long term employees, with positions being made to accommodate career goals. Some teams are flexible for alternate work schedules within reason. ⁷or
Cons
Because of the autonomy culture, things can seem pretty disorganized. There's an online repository for training, but it's not always applicable for how teams work.
Paid time off needs improvement. Most start at 2 weeks vacation, and after 5 years, get an additional 2.5 days. Fewer paid holidays than my previous workplaces.
