      Good healthcare program (choose between HSA or PPO) Vision and Dental insurance. Nothing else really.

      Cons

      Good ole boys club. Too much dead weight. Too many old timers that are set in their ways. Too many employees taking advantage of "working" from home.

      Corrupt bosses, clique attitudes, racism, and they will not allow you to have your kids back if you “have an attitude”.
