Now, there is very little to be excited about. The firm has been on a linear downward trajectory for some time. Cons include: - Voluntary exit of our best leadership - Voluntary exit of our best talent - Stagnant salaries - Regressive policies, incl halving pat leave - Corporate culture with BD as sole focus - Cruel layoffs across US and UK firms - Impossible targets leading to no bonus - Plan for ‘inorganic growth’
