They hire literally ANYBODY (think about that), some management does not listen to concerns, it's fast paced environment and that has discouraged many new hires, pay starts of LOW shoot high and let them talk you down to something acceptable, work every weekend only days off are Christmas only paid holiday as well, Potential to work very long hours with no breaks or lunch break(which are not provided)
