Pros

A great company that has grown significantly in the last 10 years or so, but not to the point where we have been reduced to being just a number. Everyone (management included) still know who you are and are very friendly, whichever office you're visiting. You are expected to work hard, no-one gets a free ride, but the pay package and benefits are comparative to other firms in the city and the bonus structure for support staff is much better than a lot of local firms, with the opportunity of earning a bonus of up to 10%. There is also a loyalty bonus for support staff, paid annually from your 10th anniversary. The various share option schemes brought in since 2015 are a great idea. All staff are encouraged to join a scheme, but it is not compulsory, and the dividend payments are a very nice added extra.

Cons

Sometimes long serving staff can slip through the net on salary reviews and new starters can come through on higher salaries. This is being addressed by HR and of course, there is payment of the loyalty bonus, but the support staff pay structures could be leveled off quicker.
