Pros
Company expanding...better marketing and properties in their portfolio. Internal promotion potential is there.
Cons
Very little stability. Corporate can move you to a new property without much notice and you have no choice. Can't take vacation for 6 months and the health insurance is more expensive than others. Policies/procedures differ depending on your community location. Nepotism is definitely an issue here.
