Helping people during a hard time

Management is discriminatory. Went through the entire interview process and was hired until I met someone else who had issues with my tattoos and then they went radio silent, pretty unprofessional. Even if the tattoos were an issue, the first person should have known that—but also—they didn’t have to ghost me. Weird behavior.
