Pros
-relatively high pay for a startup -the team is generally excellent except for C-suite and former C-suites -AVs are pretty cool
Cons
-C-suite has limited AV-specific experience -poor transparency -terrible culture -one employee brought up workplace safety laws and then we never saw them again -ignoring covid public health recommendations -lack of interest/intent in converting employee feedback into improvements -lots of office politics -more focus on PR than making changes to fix problems -very dishonest C-suite -unrealistic expectations
