Pros
Great people to work with in the shop. Tons of knowledge. Some of the managers are amazing and really take care of their people.
Cons
Took them getting their bonus threatened by BMW to send me to school. Never sent me back for more than the bare minimum. While there's an amazing master tech he "doesn't get paid to teach people."
