-Above average pay and good benefits -Company is well structured -The work becomes easy once you learn the basics -Co-workers are very supportive of new employees
Cons
-The training process could be a bit better -Busy days can become very stressful -Lengthy hiring process -Warehouse becomes boiling hot during the summer with no air conditioning (ironically)
