Pros

None that can be thought of

Cons

Extremely unhygienic The owner of the company thinks that everyone is at his disposal The owner is a misogynist The owner doesn’t have an ounce of PR knowledge. He does pretend and show off about his work on PNG Jewellers. However, they haven’t done anything. It is due to the goodwill of the Gadgil family. Zero growth opportunity No professionalism and work ethics in anyone Common washrooms for men+women Dirty drinking water This place is prone to infect everyone

Pros

Some helpful colleagues and a friendly environment (if the owner is not around. Otherwise, it is as sad as a funeral)

Cons

It all starts and ends with the company's owner. - He is rude and insults everyone casually. Very much egoistic - He treats the employees as if they are disposable. - He knows nothing about the industry, yet he pretends that he is a big player. - He knows no personal boundaries. - Not at all professional - He will talk negatively about you behind your back. - He will get a freelancer instead of hiring an actual employee to save some more money. Moreover, here are some more cons: - The place is very unhygienic, especially for women. - Clients are limited. The owner will keep saying that he is pitching new brands. But those brands will never show up. - The place is cramped up. - Half of the team are the freelancers. Your workload will become hellish. - No exposure at all. - Forget appraisals.
