      Sometimes, it is necessary for management to be on site for certain situations. The administrative office is located in Danville, and there at many clinics throughout the eastern region of pa.

      Pros

      Worked fully remote which worked for me. Great health benefits. Worked for health plan not clinical.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities for growth without a college degree. Typical corporate where they cut resources and make big demands. Many long time employees which I thought was a pro at first, but realized they are stuck in old ways and don’t really want to hear a fresh new perspective or even spend time developing new people. As someone with ambition and interest in contributing, I felt stuck, limited, and bored.
