      Pros

      Nice coworkers and flexible scheduling. Everyone is trying their best.

      Cons

      You need to be careful what floor you end up on, at least as a new grad. Bullies are more prevalent on some floors than others. Management also was not very hands on. Pay could be a lot better as well.

      Pros

      Worked fully remote which worked for me. Great health benefits. Worked for health plan not clinical.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities for growth without a college degree. Typical corporate where they cut resources and make big demands. Many long time employees which I thought was a pro at first, but realized they are stuck in old ways and don’t really want to hear a fresh new perspective or even spend time developing new people. As someone with ambition and interest in contributing, I felt stuck, limited, and bored.
