Experience. They may also pay a bit more than other scribing positions.
Cons
They are highly unorganized and the training they provide won’t prepare you. On top of that, they don’t have a set list of patients and it really just depends on if the physician or nurse practitioner wants to see a patient. If you ever go into headquarters, you’ll definitely get a feeling that the employees who work there don’t care about helping patients and that there’s a lack of communication from management and between employees. They don’t practice HIPAA compliance and freely text about patient information on their personal phones.
