Pros
I enjoyed the laid back atmosphere as an intern. I was at Geist through a summer and part of a winter. I was able to get a fair amount of hands on experience here. They were incredibly flexible when it came to my class schedule.
Cons
There was a decent amount of knowledge that was handed down from person to person. I didn't have a very formal training period so I did not have a very rounded view of the entire company.
