Great pay, good protections (union), and managers are respectful

Sometimes you will have to deal with less than wonderful customers, but as is life in the service industry

Gelson's gives generous employee discount.

Unfortunately there is a lot of head games/egotism with management. Store Director is fine but the others are not.
