Pros

Friendly people. Remote-friendly work. Exposed to clients who are genuinely excited to work with you.

Cons

Disorganized management. More priority over closing a sale vs. client and team experience. As a project manager, you get the blame for a lot of management's bad or uninformed decisions. Poor pay and benefits.

Cons

Working at Gembah comes with a few challenges, but they are largely opportunities for growth. The fast-paced environment and ambitious project timelines can feel overwhelming at times, requiring strong time management and adaptability. Despite these challenges, the overall experience is highly rewarding and focused on achieving meaningful success.
