Pros

You receive a paycheque is about the only pro I can find for Gemma Communications.

Cons

Paid on average about $4 less than actual Rogers employees. Hence why Rogers is now outsourcing so much of its call centre operations. Promotions and recognition is given to friends and not qualified candidates.

Pros

Hours are good. Steady hours. Sales will get you better incentives and personal time.

Cons

Management not organized. You are only paid for the time you are connected to phone queue. So you have to limit your bathroom breaks and any break.
