Pros
-great managers who are very organized. -great PTO offering and they strongly encourage you to utilize PTO -easygoing team -great and easy communication between team and managers -this was my first job out of college so I'm not sure what the salary is like for higher-up positions, but for an entry-level position the pay was very fair -remote and very flexible with work location
Cons
-being a smaller, start-up company you'll probably have to do some tasks outside of your job description. That's just kind of the nature of a start-up, but the managers are great at teaching you those new skills -depending on what team you're on, you may not have much communication with other employees. Personally, I felt like I didn't know the team well/days could get a bit lonely working a remote job- but some people may love that structure! Just one of the downsides of a remote job (but many perks to remote! Kind of a give-and-take situation)
