I feel very fortunate to have joined GenScript. Over the past 20 years, I have not worked at many companies—this is only my eighth—but it is truly the best position I have had in my career so far. The working environment is relaxed and supportive, my colleagues are friendly and collaborative, and my manager is genuinely caring and attentive to the team. What makes GenScript especially outstanding is its strong culture of innovation, integrity, and commitment to excellence. The company not only delivers high-quality products and services, but also invests in its people, encouraging professional growth and recognizing individual contributions. There is a clear sense of purpose in the work we do, and it is motivating to be part of an organization that strives to make a meaningful impact in the industry.
