[TH] There is one TOXIC person who consistently uses anger and negative impulses to drive every conversation across the entire (though small) company (in Thailand only). This person is full of ego and never takes responsibility, even when there is clear evidence that the mistake was his. Interestingly, he conveniently projects the blame onto other colleagues. He is the only person poisoning the company culture, and surprisingly, the Country Director (or CEO) continues to employ him, despite being warned by one of the most supportive former HR staff that keeping him will eventually destroy the company. Another issue I cannot accept is that his remarks are always delivered in a highly partisan manner, causing two colleagues to hate each other regardless of the actual evidence.
