Great team environment - Everyone I've worked with here is genuinely helpful. When things get busy, people just jump in and help out without any drama. Makes coming to work pretty enjoyable. Solid cross-team setup - We work well with both our US and India teams daily, and the company brings the US team together at the Irvine office a couple times a year. It's nice to actually meet the people you work with face-to-face instead of just over Teams calls. Leadership that makes sense - Our CEO and management team actually follow through on our core values. It's not just for show - you see it in how everyone works together, regardless of their position. Room to grow - I've already seen a few people get promoted or move to different departments that fit them better. Management actually listens when you want to try something new, which is pretty cool.
