The people working at Genedata are above average intelligent, competent, helpful, and collaborative. High team-playing efforts, great work-live balance with truly flexible working hours and high tolerance for family / kids related emergencies.
Cons
The various business units are distributed across three facilities, making collaboration a little bit more challenging. This is overcome by the open, helpful and friendly manner with which all employees try to help each other out.
