Pros
1 year into the job. Tasks changed according to my interests, so I was able to focus more on areas that interest me and so develop skills in those areas. Friendly & flexible work culture facilitates great work-life balance. Flat hierarchy gives the ability to pass ideas 'up' the chain easily, and feels like they're being listened to. Overall, very good first year. Looking forward to more.
Cons
Training is very much up to the individual to find & suggest, rather than having some good courses/ training packages that they suggest for employees. The flat structure is great for working smoothly across the business, but it would be nice to have some way of moving 'up' - or feeling like so.
