If you wanna work for a company that’s full of empty promises that you’ll be making hundreds of thousands of dollars and have career progression: this is the one for you! Not only will they set an unattainable quota, but you will also get texts and emails late at night from frantic AVPs wondering when deals are closing. Every little thing is an “emergency” that needs to be addressed right away. You’ll also be required to work Saturdays. You want a promotion/raise because you’ve actually lasted a year at this hellscape of a company? Sorry, that’s not in the company budget. Oh you’re in sales and want to make actual money? They will constantly lower your commission to embarrassing amounts. Making $150 on a $30,000 device? Doesn’t sound very abundant for a company whose first core value is AbUnDaNcE!!!! If you want to constantly be bullied and ripped apart by leadership, work here! They will switch your territories every few months so that you have to start all over creating and building a pipeline and then they berate you on why you’re not selling. No ramping at all. Also expect tons of whiplash with at least 2 huge changes within the company every month. The device is extremely difficult to sell since its $30,000 price point is wayyyy too high for what it actually does. Be ready to do the job of 3 people and barely make a livable wage. OXOXOX 💜
