      - Visa Sponsorship in US - In between job

      Cons

      - Long squeezing hours - Extreme Micro Management, (they don't trust you) - Get ready to be humiliated out in the open - Low pay - zero job security, they can fire you without reason or notice - very low morale - Does not allow new ideas - No talking in the office - very high turn over rate,

      TYC is under new management as of September 2020. COO is actively establishing policies that foster collaboration, creative thinking and work/life balance.

      Pros

      Genera is an organized, middle-size company, especially good for young people at early career stage. Well established SOP and moderate exposure to various activities is a great opportunity for you to learn and build up your skill set. After change of management, the company culture has changed a lot. Previous reviews don’t really apply to current management, work life balance has been improved significantly.

      Cons

      Compensation may not be the best in the industry, but the benefit is good(401k + insurance + PTO).
