Pros

Really friendly people Seville is lovely A good start if you have zero experience Free fruit and beer Offices are nice, with a good dining area

Cons

Lowest salaries in the industry Poor technical level, that always leads to buggy games, and no technical art workflow Project leads with no art knowledge supervise and manage artist on the project Frequent overtime and working weekends due to poor scheduled process, sudden addition of features, or just rushing to get the game finished Whenever a senior leaves, what they do is hire interns and junior in replacement No transparency at all. You won't know how the company is performing, or even the data from the game you are working on. 1-2 game designer for the entire company, and they don't even pay attention to them You can work hard, work overtime and do your best, but your work does never get valued

Pros

Nice facilities, nice people, friendly atmosphere (generally), was very lucky with my team. Opportunity to work on big famous brands. Company is big, around 180 people divided in teams or departments. Nice gaming corner, free fruits and beer, english lessons and medical checks. The christmas parties and national festivities are fun, in general life in Sevilla is very nice and relaxing.

Cons

extremely low salaries, even for spanish standarts. Felt burned out, due to low advancement and didn't have the feeling that my work was being valued. Company contracts many interns and lowpaid juniors, which isn't very helpful for progress of projects. Little choice and flexibility in choice of new projects. Had also the feeling there was a group of favourites which were to take the main decision in the company, unregarding the status. Very different salaries, noticed that women usually underpaid. Then again, strongly depends on department and team. I guess the experiences from other individuals can be very different to mine.
