From time when customers were little to none, to the time when company worked with big companies - It's these employees who stayed loyal. When Big deals were made, management decided to not provided increments & appraisals, instead work with available workforce and have the profits for them. However when company went into turmoil, the same management decided to fire these employees over mere phone calls & emails. This is how your hard work & loyalty is treated - With Disgust Management Issue Exploiting Interns Company has been doing this exploitation for years and i want to simply make people aware. The company's business model is based on exploiting interns in the name of "experience". Company survives by this pathetic act of hiring interns for 15000/- per month for 10 months period, then at the end of internship declining them Full-time role (Irrespective of Money Issue or Job openings available). Then they simply hire new interns for the next cycle. This enables company with cost savings and a amazing "experience" for interns. :)
