Pros
The initial salary was what I was looking for when I hired on, although there were never any performance or merit reviews thereafter.
Cons
Poor management and foresight drove round after round of massive layoffs. Company had peaked at 700+ employees. Within a few years was down around 100. Original ideas are not something that are encouraged. Shocked that the company is still open.
