Pros
Very flexible, easy, not a lot of hard work, opportunities to advance if you are in the right department, they cater to employees as far as making sure we are safe and have everything we need. 2 weeks off during the year for shut down.
Cons
Not climate controlled, extremely hard to get raises, stuck in time warp, just like any other job, favoritism is shown to certain employees until the employee makes someone in management upset and then they will do whatever they can to make you want to quit
