Good benefits, steady work, highly structured environment, good for veterans as it is military contracts and most employees and management are former military,
Cons
Nearly constant travel, pay back home isn't that great and when you're on the road, per diem is paid to supplement income, management is too far removed from projects and out of touch with what the team wants, far too restrictive deadlines for projects
