Great salary, wonderful staff, wonderful patients, good medical insurance. Great training, amazing PTO packages

Could use better communication, better use of funding, more transparency would be appreciated.

There are no pros at Florence.

Awful company full of dishonest people. Favoritism runs rampant, and backstabbing is common. They mistreat their patients and their employees. So many fake people who will act like your friend, and throw you under the bus as soon as it suits them. Mismanagement of finances is a huge problem here. I'll be surprised if they are even in business a year from now. All problems come from the top, and it has ruined Florence.
