Some staff are lovely people

Cons

Other staff members are rude. All this company cares about is money in their pockets. They treat employees terribly, always short staffed and place too much of a work load on the cnas and nurses

Easy to cap out salary wise in a position however, other positions are available for growth and wage increase.
