      honestly, whatever pros you see in other posts are fake HR reviews. A company as such has no pros.

      1. Favouritism - No matter how much you work hard, burn yourself on the weekends, one random IIT guy would get an appraisal across all departments Flat Hierarchy - they just say it is flat and every time keep on bossing Long stretching on weekends also Founders lack vision Fresjers don't join this organisation please
