      My role is highly rewarding because it directly changes the lives of international RNs, improves patient safety, and helps centers staff with committed, direct-hire employees. I also feel I am given a seat at the table when decisions are made, and leadership is open to listening and considering feedback.

      Flexible schedule, nice coworkers, nice office space

      Cons

      Horrendously overworked. They kept promising help that never arrived. I felt terrible having to let certain tasks fall by the wayside because I was always drowning. I was afraid to take a day off and worked through illnesses, making it harder to recover. Administrator didnt care.
