      Pay, that's it. But they will work you to death for it!

      Cons

      Poor staffing, high call out volume, revolving door with staff and management, very high patient:nurse ratio (day shift 30:1), no support from management, they do not value you, you are just a warm body to fill the role.

      Flexible schedule, nice coworkers, nice office space

      Cons

      Horrendously overworked. They kept promising help that never arrived. I felt terrible having to let certain tasks fall by the wayside because I was always drowning. I was afraid to take a day off and worked through illnesses, making it harder to recover. Administrator didnt care.
