I can't even begin to express what I colossal failure we have witnessed. Once an oasis for learning, collaboration, new experiences, and support from upper management, now a barren wasteland. I think a lot of this has been said in these reviews over the years, but Genesis is where hopes go to die. Taking time off wasn't a privilege to be used sparingly, but a right we were encouraged to take advantage of. Clients are more important that the individuals who produce the work. However, the number of individuals available to produce this work continuously decreases via massive layoffs and people pursuing outside employment after reaching their breaking point.
