I have so many great things to say about GT especially in the last few years as SO many changes have been made, but let me just summarize with the top things that I think make this company stand out among the rest:
1. Small company with LOTS of opportunity
2. Responsive management that cares about it's employees
3. Great culture and working environment with intelligent, funny and friendly co-workers
4. The number one reason that I started working here was to help people and I get to do that everyday
5. Relaxed environment that is pretty self driven (no micro-managing) and promotes innovative solutions
6. Great PTO and compensation

When I first started working here in 2012 we had over 100 employees so insurance benefits were great, now that we are smaller the benefits are not as good but still pretty decent compared to the market place.
