Pros
The people are lovely. A small family in a big company. Israeli & global management were very supportive in our complex situation. They not only talk about Empathy, but also apply it and that gave a special feeling, The technology was cutting edge and interesting. The environment is full of practiced developers and tons of place to study and learn from very smart and modest peers.
Cons
Salaries are a bit lower but, as for many American companies they have bonuses every year which sums up as a good salary for developers.
