Pros

Good benefits (and severance to those that are affected by layoffs), they prioritize devops and automation. They seem to be fairly successful. A big TBD on how they handle accountability in management.

Cons

They are comfortable with outsourcing which is a shame. They have a preference for e-training over in person classes (management training specifically). This is not nearly as beneficial. It is hard to feel positive about a company while an acquisition is occurring and the general morale throughout is abysmal.

Thanks for your post. I appreciate your acknowledgment on the benefits. We actually don't do that much outsourcing, but we are very diverse, with a global footprint and employees in approximately 50 countries. I hear you on the e-training; I agree that classroom training is nice, but as spread out as we are, online on demand training and webinars generally make the most sense. Please reach out to your HR Partner to talk about your specific concerns, because we do offer certain in person classes. Lots of changes right now, I know - hang in there! It will settle down soon. Best, Tracy (Tracy Cote', Chief People Officer)

Pros

Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

Cons

Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
