Meritocracy - you will not really get points for boasting. Competitive environment since there is a lot of good talent, but also plenty of opportunity to make an impact. Reasonable work-life balance. Good Cloud oriented direction. You are developing practical software to help other businesses.
Cons
You have to be self-motivated to a certain extent to be successful. Multiple-sites can increase communication overhead in some cases. Genesys is a big company - so experiences will vary around the world.
