      Pros

      Genesys has a very bright future. It has amazing technology with a clear vision and strategy. Genesys has a strong focus on employee engagement, strong leadership and an ownership structure that is long term focused and less influenced quarterly results that often leads to reactionary decisions not in the best interests of the company or employees.

      Cons

      Genesys is going through significant change and this can cause turbulence and a heavier workload than normal.

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
