We try to be as transparent and open as possible. I would encourage a conversation with someone (I’d be happy to talk) to discuss some of these concerns. Our recent eNPS scores in Development have been very positive and trending higher. We have various local recognition programs, and there are company sponsored one’s as well. Of course, we can always do better in this area in my opinion, but it is up to us as employees to help drive those ideas in all areas, not just expect it to happen if we don’t talk to people about what we need/want. Our benefits are posted publicly (https://mygenesysbenefits.com/) and we try hard to communicate to everyone what they are. Indianapolis has a FREE onsite health clinic for employees which perhaps is not advertised as well as it could be, so we will work to improve on that visibility. Additionally, we are directly addressing that employees are “stretched too thin” and have many open development jobs in Indianapolis currently.
