If you want to be at the cutting edge of technology and be excited by what you do everyday then Genesys is the place to be. It is difficult to understand how anyone would leave and find a better place to work with brilliant people, be well compensated for your efforts and enjoy the many employee benefits.
Cons
Whilst it is understood we provide solutions to many of the largest companies & government enterprises there comes with this responsibilities and requirements around process and security. This is the only frustration.
